Matthew has over 19 years of experience working in Financial Services and the Insurance sector both in industry and professional services. Matthew brings deep expertise in 3 critical areas: 1) Strategy - enterprise-wide strategy and transformation, operating model strategy, growth and deal strategy; 2) Transformation Design and Leadership - including cross functional, cross border, E2E transformations that deliver cost and culture benefits across all organizational functions through leveraging Lean, 6-sigma and other methodologies; 3) Operational Leadership, including running organizations of 1000+ people in complex and challenging environments. Matthew has been responsible for leading global strategy and transformation teams and has personally lived and worked in the UK, EMEA and US.
